Orders, or Orders?

What takes precedence? Do I fulfill a customers order? Do I answer their technical question before they order? What if both need to be done at the same time? What if a sales team member needs help on their computer?

Thank goodness they’re thinking of hiring some people in certain places. The wrong places, but at least they have the thought. They are hiring in technical support and IT, where we least need help, we need help in shipping and inventory, a dedicated person!

I was out back packing orders, is this the right time to go back, interupt me, and ask me questions about whether or not you can enter purchase orders in the system? Especially when I don’t even have the access to set that up for you? Gah!
